CBS gives demonstration in China - December 2002

During December, CBS teamed up with OFS Cables in Shanghai to demonstrate the features and benefits of installing small diameter loose tube cable in "Last Mile Access Routes".


The Micro Cable was blown into a micro duct using our Breeze Micro Cable Blower.


The demonstration took place in front of an invited audience of senior executives from China Telecom, China NetCom, and numerous outside plant contractors in the telecoms sector.


The day's proceedings were rounded off with a presentation by BT Exact Technologies outlining the advantages and costs savings that can be achieved when deploying fibre optic cables utilising CBS Cable Blowing Equipment.
